CV COURT

Mathieu Hatt a été recruté en tant que chargé de recherche par l'INSERM en 2012.


Issu d'un master en informatique (2004), avec une spécialisation en traitement d'images de l’université de Strasbourg, il est titulaire d'un doctorat (2008, "détermination automatique des volumes fonctionnels en imagerie d’émission pour les applications en oncologie") et d'une habilitation à diriger les recherches (2012, "l'analyse et le traitement des images multi modales en oncologie"), de l'université de Bretagne Occidentale.


Ses sujets de recherche portent sur la segmentation d’images, les modèles statistiques bayésiens et markoviens, la fusion d'images et d'information, la déconvolution et le filtrage. Ces développements méthodologiques sont dédiés à l'imagerie multi modale clinique (TEP/TDM, TEP/IRM) en oncologie et en radiothérapie.


Il est responsable des activités liées aux "Traitements et analyses des images multi modales" au sein du groupe Imagerie Multi-modalité quantitative pour le diagnostic et la thérapie, dans lequel il supervise actuellement plusieurs doctorants et post-doctorants.
